• Individual Therapy

  • Individual therapy refers to the process by which an individual wishes to begin to understand more about oneself. Individual therapy offers a safe and non-judgmental environment where a person can express and explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors. Typically the goal of individual therapy is to assist individuals in identifying areas of their life, which they might like to make changes. By participating in individual therapy an individual can develop self-control skills, self-confidence, introspection and other skills that may help them to achieve their goals.
